REFUND AND RETURNS

Here at Quickmotivationhub our customers are important to us and we want
you to be happy with your purchase.

It’s important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have
been delivered.

If you are not happy with an item and the item is not faulty, you must return it
to us in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and original
packaging no later than 14 business days from the day the item was received by
you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we will
issue you with a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receiving the
returned goods. Refunds are issued via the payment method that was used to
purchase the goods.

Prior to returning the item, please contact us on support@quickmotivationhub.com and we
will guide you through our simple returns process.

Goods Damaged In Transit

If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us at admin@quickmotivationhub.com within 3 business days of receiving the damaged item. We will make
arrangements to have the item returned to us and either send you a
replacement or issue a refund.

Return Of Faulty Goods

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at support@quickmotivationhub.com so
that we can assist you. Time frames for refunds on faulty good will vary from
product to product.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned to us once the
packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty.

Our returns policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance
Selling.

Return Parcel

The address below must be followed based on where your package was fulfilled and where to return your parcel. You are responsible for the return shipping fee as stated to this refund and return policy page of this site.

  • Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Dallas facility: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019
  • Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
  • Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Lidostas parks,
    Marupe, Marupes nov., LV-2167, Latvia.
  • Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
  • Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Japan are returned to: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan.
